The club will teach adults and children the skills, knowledge & confidence to choose healthier foods, budget effectively & cook for the family without wasting food. We aim to provide the basic principles of good nutrition, cookery skills & how to budget for a family in an effective way on a weekly basis. Skills will be taught & a range of cost effective recipes will be provided so that skills can be taken into the home, "skills for life". Eating healthier is not more expensive or time consuming but rather about making changes to the way we do things right now.

The club is totally FREE to parents and children in the Wyre borough.

You even get to take what you make home, FREE.

Children must be aged 7 and up and reside in the Wyre area.
